This page lists what the Chapter Admin tools collect and who sees it. If it is not on this page, we do not collect it. Chapter Admin is run by Tech Fort LLC.

When you sign in

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. There is no password. Cloudflare runs the sign-in and records the email, the time, and the network address it came from, the same as any sign-in system. Your email becomes your account.

By signing in you agree we may send occasional updates about our tools. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it.

What you put into Design a Roster

We save what you type or import so it is there when you come back: your chapter logo if you upload one, your chapter name, meeting details, leadership names, agenda, and your member roster (names, companies, phone numbers, categories, and email addresses).

A roster is information about other people, your chapter's members. Only add people whose details your chapter already shares with its members, the way a printed roster does. You can edit or remove anyone at any time.

• Imported files. When you import a spreadsheet or PDF, our server reads the member rows out of it and then throws the file away. We keep the file's name and how many members were found, not the file.
• PDF downloads. Your PDF is built on our server and sent to you. We do not keep a copy. We note the chapter name, the member count, and the time.

When you try a sample

The sample tools save whatever you type into them so the demo works, and everything in them is wiped every night.

When you use the contact form

The form sends us your name, email, chapter, role, and message, and it comes to Christian's inbox so a person can reply. Cloudflare checks each submission to keep bots out.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare handles sign-in, the bot check, and the connection to our server.
• Microsoft Azure hosts our server, in the United States, where your saved designs live.
• Resend delivers the emails we send.
• Microsoft 365 runs our email, including the inbox where contact form messages land and the mailbox that answers the sample roster requests.
• Apple iMessage and ntfy carry the short alerts Christian gets on his phone when someone signs up, asks about a paid plan, or uses the contact form. An alert can include the name, email, chapter, and note. If those are down, the alert goes by text message through the mobile carrier.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface on our pages and sees the request for the font file.

Each of these sees only what its job needs. We do not sell or rent any of it, and we do not use it for advertising. These pages run no ad trackers or analytics kits.

How long we keep it

Your saved design stays while your account is in use, so you can come back to it. Ask us and we delete your account and everything in it, usually within a few business days.

If something goes wrong on our side

If we learn that someone who should not have it got into data we hold about you, we tell you by email within 30 days of finding out, as Washington law requires, along with what was involved and what we did about it.

Your rights

You can ask to see everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time. Use the contact form or call 208-500-2140. A person answers.

Who this is for

These are business tools for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information about children.

Changes

If we change what we collect, this page changes first, and people with an account get an email before the change takes effect.
